Q: How can I become a certified Home Stretch workshop provider?
A:
Home Stretch workshop providers are recipients of Homeownership Education, Counseling and Training (HECAT) grants administered by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. HECAT grants are awarded annually, with the application process occurring each spring. For more information, see Minnesota Housing’s HECAT web page.
